2023 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship squads

The following is a list of squads for each national team competing at the 2023 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship in Estonia. Each national team had to submit a squad of 20 players born on or after 1 January 2006.

On 8 May 2023, a preliminary 23-player squad was announced.[1] Four days later, the final 20-player squad was announced.[2] On the day of the beginning of the tournament, Pilleriin Pohlak withdrew for health reasons and was replaced by Karmen Vapper.[3]
