Lamont Antonio Burns (born March 16, 1974) is a former American football guard in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets and Washington Redskins. Burns attended Walter Hines Page Senior High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, and went to East Carolina University on a football scholarship to play college football.[1] He was drafted in the fifth round of the 1997 NFL Draft.[2] He now currently coaches the Roslyn High School Football team. He coached with Lou Buschi (Third String QB in the 1970s).
