Robert Andrew Wakenshaw (born 22 December 1965) is an English former professional footballer who played as a striker.
Career
[edit]Wakenshaw played for Everton, Carlisle United, Doncaster Rovers, Rochdale, Crewe Alexandra, Fleetwood, Northwich Victoria and Southport.[4][5][6][7][8][9]
He also participated at the 1985 FIFA World Youth Championship.[10]
Later life
[edit]His two sons were attacked by a football hooligan in October 2014.[11]
