COASTER

[edit]

The COASTER doesn't go near the Inland Empire. Why is it listed here? RickyCourtney (talk) 05:17, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: COASTER

[edit]

You make a good point, I'll delet the COASTER off the Template! Salcan (talk) 05:00, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rialto Airport

[edit]

someone keeps on taking off the link to rialto airport, even though it was scheduled to close in late 2009, it was pushed back because developers backed out of the development. several planes take off every day. county helicopters still take off daily. i am pretty sure that i know that it is not closed because i live about a tenth of a mile from the airport and there flight path passes above my house. if you disagree with my please leave me a message at User:Javiern75.25.18.65 (talk) 21:53, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Recommend merging Bus Lines

[edit]

Unless there is a good reason that I am not thinking of, I recommend that the SB County and Riverside County Bus lines be merged into one section on the template. That would make it consistent with other sections of the template, such as airports. MissionInn.Jim (talk) 21:42, 21 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It follows the format of the other mass transit templates like Template:LA Mass Transit, but does not mean it can't be merged. House1090 (talk) 03:26, 22 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Should merge.... its to redundant —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.24.246.136 (talk) 03:49, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The template used as an example has its own problems. The name of the template says it pertains to LA Mass Transit, and the title says it pertains to Mass Transit in the Greater Los Angeles Area, but by including Orange County, it seems to pertain to the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. Three different areas of scope. If you click on the title, it takes to you the Transportation in Los Angeles article. If it is truly intended for the Greater Los Angeles area, then the Inland Empire should be included as well. MissionInn.Jim (talk) 13:22, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

BRT

[edit]

BRT is it's own form of transportation, it's a RAPID TRANSIT form, not like conventional buses. There is a difference and should be distinguished, thanks! House1090 (talk) 07:22, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Having a separate group for only one link makes the template unwieldy, in my opinion, particularly on pages already cluttered with many navboxes. Additionally, it comes off as a form of local boosterism. On a side note, please do not revert substantial edits if your objection is to one part of the edit. Thanks. --Regards, James(talk/contribs) 07:46, 17 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
