TBExpressway and Harbour

[edit]

With the exception of the divided portion of TBExpressway between Balsam and Hodder, and the right hand turn off-ramps, both are arterial roads. With the exception of Central Avenue, both of them intersect every road that approaches them. vıdıoman 17:21, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

See [1]: "full access control and at-grade intersections provided at appropriately spaced intervals"; "re-alignment Highway 11/17 controlled access highway". Controlled access refers to the prohibition of access from adjacent properties; the only access is at intersections. --NE2 20:10, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Halton-Peel?

[edit]

What the hell is the Halton-Peel expressway? I've never seen this in any planning docs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.150.128.63 (talk) 01:45, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's a planned route that would travel north from the 401 around Winston Churchill and skirt the west side of Brampton to the GTA West Corridor.[2] - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 10:10, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
