[edit]Jennings was the younger brother of Waylon Jennings by one year and together the 2 grew up entering local talent shows and singing locally until the elder Jennings went on the road with Buddy Holly, this would lead to Tommy enlisting in the military. Upon being discharged from the military, Tommy joined Waylon and The Waylors replacing bassist Paul Foster in Phoenix, Arizona in the mid-1960's. Tommy in 1980 would release his first album "Then There Was One" and follow it up by "Equal Opportunity Lovin' Man" in 1982.[1][2]
