You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Reviewer granted

[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Calmer Waters 14:35, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

re: Bulgarian films of the 1980s

[edit]

Hi Cbdorsett. I usually add any films screened at one of the major film festivals (Cannes, Berlin, Venice, etc) to the relevant film list article. All these films are notable by the very fact they were In Competition for the major award. Great work on expanding the lists so far! Lugnuts (talk) 07:10, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Babbitt is indeed an MMC. Although modern MMCs are a ceramic fibre or a metal carbide, a material such as Babbitt with hard metal crystals (in a soft matrix) is still an MMC. Andy Dingley (talk) 15:42, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Template:ISO 639-3 header

[edit]

Hi! I have undone your additions to {{ISO 639-3 header}} because my bot is currently replacing these templates with the more flexible {{ISO 639-3 style}}. Hope you don't mind. --ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 14:02, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have new message/s Hello. You have a new message at Anypodetos's talk page.

ISO 639 templates

[edit]

Hi! I saw that you created {{ISO639ANC}} and {{ISO639HIS}}. Since my bot is currently replacing {{ISO639COL}} and related templates with {{ISO 639-3 style}}, I assume the creation of the former was a misunderstanding between us. An individual ancient language can be colour coded with {{ISO 639-3 style|I|A}}. If you are not satisfied with the colours this produces, you can just edit the style template or ask me to do so if you are unsure with the coding. Do you mind if I nominate your templates for deletion, or have you a special use for them in mind? Cheers, ἀνυπόδητος (talk) 17:16, 15 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ESaaS

[edit]

Thanks for your edit to ESaaS. I have added a reference but it looks as though the term has been coined by a single company, although it might become more widely used in the future. Biscuittin (talk) 09:12, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Birds are dinosaurs

[edit]

There is a strong scientific consensus that birds are dinosaurs, as has been debated as nauseum on the various relevant talk pages. The few "scientists" who oppose this view usually resort to creationist-like methods of debate, and have in the case of Alan Feduccia fought a sorry retreat over the last two decades ("birds are not theropods because the theropods have no feathers" became "many theropods are birds, and not dinosaurs, because they are feathered" LOL). If you have any evidence that birds indeed are not dinosaurs, please post on the talk page. HMallison (talk) 19:14, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
