Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Runaway Love (Ludacris song). Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Jim1138 (talk) 08:08, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Release Therapy. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jim1138 (talk) 08:11, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Just in Time (song). Lugia2453 (talk) 20:47, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page La Bamba (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Delta Park / Vanport may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Thanks for uploading File:Public art at the Civic Drive Max Station.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. Deletion discussion about Lori Beth Cunningham

[edit]

Hello, Dfrr,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Lori Beth Cunningham should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lori Beth Cunningham .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Past bus routes

[edit]

Thanks for providing a source for the additions you have been making to MAX Light Rail articles. However, per WP:NOTDIRECTORY, we shouldn't list all routes ever served at a particular location, because such a list would be extremely lengthy and constantly growing. If you don't have a good reason to include these sections, I'm going to remove them from articles on TriMet. Conifer (talk) 05:19, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

same here. In don't recall any interactions with this user, yet i get some random kitten pic on my talk page. The interwebs are full enough of those. PizzaMan (♨♨) 07:24, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Let me clarify/expand what I meant above. Wikipedia is not a social network, and while of course you can and will make friends, sending out excessive comments, WikiLove's, barnstars, and invitations could be seen as spam. Remember we are here to build an encyclopedia, and that should be your main goal too. Sending out WikiLovr to users you have never interacted with before is often considered odd, and some users dislike it (section below about that). Hope you decide to stick around and contribute, and keep in mind what you've Been told about talk page spamming. Thanks! EoRdE6(Come Talk to Me!) 03:10, 14 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disruption

[edit]

Dfrr, I'm sorry if I come across as the fun sponge, but I'm not sure you're here to write an encyclopedia. I don't mind humorous banter, but it cannot come at the expense of improving articles. Your content work is pretty weak, being mostly minor unsourced changes to soap opera or sitcom related articles. I'm concerned that if you carry on as you are, somebody will snap and haul you off to the Slough of Despond for sanctions, and that would be a shame. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 07:24, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi man dfrr here you are not the fun sponge never call yourself that you had a very good reason. forgive yourselfDfrr (talk) 20:19, 17 April 2015 (UTC) (Talk to me:-))[reply]

To add on to this, competence is required when editing Wikipedia. That may be a bit harsh, but you really need to familiarize yourself with some of Wikipedia's basic guidelines and rules. I'm sure you meant well by these edits, but please don't add a listing of everything near a location, for Wikipedia is not a directory; don't add fields to infoboxes without something useful in them; and don't include "See also" links to random other articles. I'm really sorry to have to put it this way, and I know these are just minor quibbles, but it's not really improving the quality of articles. Take some time off, read Wikipedia for fun, and check out Wikipedia's guiding principles, especially the five pillars. Conifer (talk) 05:55, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The sample should have a value for the reader. It may be an important instrumental part which you can not just discuss textually. The rules are similar as with pictures. There are many free programs out there, cutting songs should not be that difficult if you use a simple software. As to the project, I am not a member of it anymore and don't have the songs. C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy) is a long-period comet discovered on 17 August 2014 by Terry Lovejoy; and is one of several Featured Pictures worked up by India The Herald (submissions) during the second round.

The second round one has all wrapped up, and round three has now begun! Congratulations to the 34 contestants who have made it through, but well done and thank you to all contestants who took part in our second round. Leading the way overall was Belarus Cas Liber (submissions) in Group B with a total of 777 points for a variety of contributions including Good Articles on Corona Borealis and Microscopium - both of which received the maximum bonus.

Special credit must be given to a number of high importance articles improved during the second round.

The points varied across groups, with the lowest score required to gain automatic qualification was 68 in Group A - meanwhile the second place score in Group H was 404, which would have been high enough to win all but one of the other Groups! As well as the top two of each group automatically going through to the third round, a minimum score of 55 was required for a wildcard competitor to go through. We had a three-way tie at 55 points and all three have qualified for the next round, in the spirit of fairness. The third round ends on June 28, with the top two in each group progressing automatically while the remaining 16 highest scorers across all four groups go through as wildcards. Good luck to all competitors for the third round!
