I recently uploaded a photo (Omeeezy Chappo 2017.jpg from my artist's facebook. How do I ensure that I am following copyright rules? I am his assistant, and he granted me permission to use his photo off of his facebook. I looked through the multiple pages. I am looking for the correct process in proving that he granted me permission, as well as the code to add.

I put in the info "Public Domain" and gave a link to the NY Public Library that states their source (donation) and the dates applicable to the photo which anybody can click on the download button the NYPL provides and use the photo without restriction.
