Hold My Hand is a 1938 British musical comedy film directed by Thornton Freeland and starring Stanley Lupino, Fred Emney and Barbara Blair.[1] It was based on a musical play by Lupino.[2]
Plot[edit]
A wealthy man buys a newspaper, resulting in a series of romantic entanglements. But Eddie is convinced that his mother was killed and got sentenced for 10 months in prison before they got upon release

TV Guide rated the film two out of five stars, calling it an "Occasionally amusing farce."[3]
