Melceü't-Tabbâhîn

Melceü't-Tabbâhîn (Ottoman Turkish: ملجأ الطباخين), the first Ottoman Turkish cookbook, was written in 1844 by Mehmed Kâmil Pasha, a scholar of forensic sciences.[1][2][3]
