New Zealand band Six60 released the top performing album of 2019 by a New Zealand artist, as well as four of the top 50 albums of 2019
British singer Ed Sheeran's No.6 Collaborations Project was the second highest performing album of the year

This is a list of the top-selling albums in New Zealand for 2019 from the Official New Zealand Music Chart's end-of-year chart, compiled by Recorded Music NZ.[1] Recorded Music NZ also published a list for the top 20 albums released by New Zealand artists.[2]
