The Regional League of the Republika Srpska – Center (Serbian: Регионална лига Републике Српске – Центар / Regionalna liga Republike Srpske – Centar) is a fourth level league in the Bosnia and Herzegovina football league system and a third-level league in the Republika Srpska.
