Steve Rawlings is an American attorney and politician who is serving as a member in the Kentucky House of Representatives from the 66th District. Elected in November 2022, he assumed office on January 1, 2023. His current term ends on January 1, 2025. His district comprises the northern part of Boone County.[1] He is running for the Kentucky Senate in 2024.

Education[edit]

Rawlings earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Cincinnati in 1980, and he earned a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University in 1989.[2]

Career[edit]

Rawlings previously worked as an attorney.[2] In 2022 he ran against incumbent representative C. Ed Massey. Rawlings defeated Massey in the primary by 37.4 points.[3] He went on to face Tim Montgomery on November 8, 2022. Rawlings defeated Montgomery by 40.8 points, and he assumed office on January 1, 2023.[4]
