Italian Tomato[edit]

Apparently Bandai Namco used to own Italian Tomato, and now they only own a minor share of the company as of now. Would this make Italian Tomato a current subsidiary or a former subsidiary like Monolith Soft? Namcokid47 (talk) 17:33, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If a company owns a majority stake in an invested subsidiary then they have control of the company. For example, ESPN is 80% owned by The Walt Disney Company whilst Hearst Corporation owns 20% of the company. Hearst Corporation is the minority stakeholder whilst Disney has ownership of the company because they're the majority stakeholder. Going back to Italian Tomato, it's clearly identified that Bandai Namco Holdings are a minority stakeholder, therefore, it is not a subsidiary to their business structure. So it is a former subsidiary like Monolith Soft. Iftekharahmed96 (talk) 19:35, 25 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Adding game lists[edit]

I noticed that the Sega template has a section dedicated to the articles listing their games and franchises, so I'm wondering if there should be a similar section here? There are articles listing Namco games, Bandai Namco games and Bandai Namco franchises, which I think would be enough to add. Want to get a consensus before adding it.
