Proposal for a page[edit]

Just saw your note on Ad Orientem's page. It's fine that you disclosed that you were a paid editor, however, please take note of Wikipedia's policy on paid editors, found right over here . It's important that you follow such policy. Also, be aware that if you create a page for your company, any market speak will likely be removed, as Wikipedia isn't really a place to market services, only explain them in plain terms. Also be aware that press releases aren't reliable , so they can't be cited in the article

*DEFINETLY BE AWARE* that if your article makes it into Wikipedia, anyone can edit it, no one actually owns articles on Wikipedia, and this at times can cause a bit of consternation for companies, as the article can and would state things other than what the CEO or the principal of the company might desire it state.

I'm not telling you any of this to scare you aware, rather, it's to let you know what may happen if the article is accepted.

....That being said, best thing to do is to create a Draft Article, in draft space and have it evaluated by experienced editors. If it passes muster, it will be moved into mainspace. Before that, however, you may want to read Your first article as it will give you more information about what would be expected in that article.  Ҝ Ø Ƽ Ħ  14:29, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

April 2017[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for canvassing a large number of admins to create an article for your client, while spruiking the firm. This is blatant advertising and inappropriate conduct.. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Nick-D (talk) 09:14, 28 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Did not know that there was a limit to approaching editors. I have learnt my lesson and will not make the same mistake in the future.

Decline reason:

The limit is zero. That being so, please detail your future editing plans; also please answer the question posed below by Boing! said Zebedee. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:36, 8 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • You should not be approaching any editors directly and asking them to write an article for you, especially not one that you are being paid for. (As an aside, were you intending to pay the money on to whoever wrote the article, or were you going to keep it for yourself?) Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 12:46, 8 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

→ I wish to create a draft article for others to evaluate. There are no further plans at the moment for me. As to the Boing! said Zebedee question, no, I have no intention to bribe any editor.Aozolins-golin-riga (talk) 05:53, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You miss my point - I was trying to establish whether you would be taking money for the work done for free by others. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:51, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Of course not!Aozolins-golin-riga (talk) 10:56, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
OK, so when you say you "have been paid by Golin Riga on behalf of Creamfinance for [your] contributions to Wikipedia", what is that for other than for the creation of the article (which you are trying to get other people to do for you for free)? I'm just trying to understand here. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 11:00, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Given that the Creamfinance article has previously been deleted on three occasions, the likelihood of it being moved into article space is very low. I note that the references you posted to admins' talk pages did not establish notability as most were of a low quality. Nick-D (talk) 09:37, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Nick, could you please give an example for any page a high quality reference? To me for now they seem legitimate as they are from autonomous sources and not press statements.Aozolins-golin-riga (talk) 10:59, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
No, I'm not going to donate my time to you so you can make money from it. Read the relevant policies and guidelines. Nick-D (talk) 11:22, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
