If you want the editor's name to appear in the message, you will have to subst: the template when you use it (otherwise REVISIONUSER will keep changing to show who last edited the page like this: Soulware2)

The code you need can be stolen and modified from a template like {{Welcome-anon}} and looks like this:

Dear Madam, I regret to inform you that your recent actions have left a family of pâtisseries heartbroken. The cupcake was intended for a specific recipient, it had the right mix of cocoa, flour, sugar, passive-aggression and ambiguity. But more so, it was a unique individual pastry with its own identity that would be sorely missed by its family.
