PCL stands for Pokemon Card LABORATORY. Basically is an OFFICIAL association that helds TOURNAMENTS in JAPAN and HONG KONG. However, as years past, PCL became more of a group of people that investigates cards, tournament rules, and strategies made by Pokemon fanatics. The rules are then analysed and suggestions to change certain tournament rules. They then pass on suggestions and has great impact on Pokemon Card's development. PCL now only helds tournaments in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan, because of the existence of POP. However, because Hong Kong is an international city, Hong Kong also as POP, being the only city that has both PCL and POP. But don't think POP is big and has all the rights--POP is actually UNDER PCL. Over the years, POP regulations and changed and changed and changed, so that the American/ European players can slowly convert their habits into the required Japanese-set of regulations.

Regarding Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's, I was under the impression that the Nihongo template should only be used for the first reference on the page, if for no other reason that to keep the load on the server down. Also, as you can see from the official site, officially the title is always written in a mix of kanji, hiragana, katakana and romaji; "A's" is never written in katakana expect for pronunciation purposes. Actually, I deleted a ton of that text on purpose. I didn't really think it was necessary. Also, you should start writing in formal English - No "you"'s - Instead say "the player(s)", "the victim", etc. It's improper to say "you" when writing an encyclopedia. I noticed your edit to Full Tilt! Pinball and I was a bit...skeptical. Where did you get this copy? Does it have all three tables? Which Space Cadet screenshot does it more resemble? Hmm, intriguing. I'd be interested in seeing this packaging and FMV on that. FT!P does indeed have a small FMV, but it says "Full Tilt! Pinball" at the end. Was this changed to "Pinball 95"? Hm. Should we move this conversation to Talk:Full Tilt! Pinball? It will probably be more appropriate there. Also, I've never heard of that last title. You took away the fact that the programme will end on the 16th of December. Although this is in the future, your link to Wikipedia is not a crystal ball states that Individual scheduled or expected future events should only be included if the event is notable and almost certain to take place It has been confirmed that this will be the case by Channel 4. Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Make-your-own-opoly.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
