Athletics were held at the 2023 East Asian Youth Games from August 20 to 23, 2023, at the Athletics field of Nalaikh district in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Only athletes born on 2006.01.01 – 2007.12.31 (16 – 17 years old) were allowed to participate.[1][2]
