Castrofilippo (Sicilian: Castrufilippu) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Agrigento in the Italian region Sicily, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Palermo and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Agrigento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,170 and an area of 18.0 square kilometres (6.9 sq mi).[3]
Castrofilippo borders the following municipalities: Canicattì, Favara, Naro, Racalmuto.
