Halmaheramys is a genus of rodent in the family Muridae endemic to the Moluccas, Indonesia.
It contains the following species:[1][2]
- Spiny Boki Mekot rat (Halmaheramys bokimekot)
- Wallace's large spiny rat (Halmaheramys wallacei)
