Hugh Roy Currie (October 22, 1925 – November 21, 2017) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He played one game in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens during the 1950–51 season, on December 16, 1950, against the New York Rangers.[1][2] The rest of his career, which lasted from 1944 to 1966, was spent in the minor leagues.
