Isaac Harker (born October 26, 1995) is an American professional gridiron football quarterback who is currently a quarterback for the Billings Outlaws. He has also been a member of the BC Lions and Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Indiana State and Colorado Mines. He is most well-known for winning the 2024 regular season AFL MVP award along with leading the Billings Outlaws to win ArenaBowl XXXIII, capturing ArenaBowl MVP honors.

Harker played college football for Indiana State from 2014 to 2017 and for Colorado Mines in 2018.[1]

Professional career

Saskatchewan Roughriders

In April 2019, Harker signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL).[2][3][4] Harker made his professional debut for the Riders in the first game of the season following injuries to starting quarterback Zach Collaros and backup Cody Fajardo. In his debut Harker completed eight of 14 pass attempts for 114 yards with two interceptions.[5]

BC Lions

On February 9, 2022, it was announced the BC Lions had signed Harker to a contract. However, he was released just prior to training camp on May 14, 2022.[6]

Billings Outlaws

In October 2023, Harker signed with the Billings Outlaws of the Arena Football League. Harker made his AFL debut April 29th, throwing for 7 TD's against the Wichita Regulators. In 2024, he ended the season with a league-high 38 TD passes and 2 INT's (lowest in the league) completing 65.1% of his passes and a 125.8 passer rating. Harker led the Billings Outlaws to ArenaBowl XXXIII where they defeated the Albany Firebirds 46-41, ending the game with 5 TD passes en route to receiving ArenaBowl MVP honors. Following the season, Harker was awarded the regular season AFL MVP award.
