Jacob Golomb (Hebrew: יעקב גולומב; 5 June 1947 – July 2023) was an Israeli philosopher. He was professor of philosophy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.[1]
Golomb specialised in continental philosophy of the 19th and 20th centuries, phenomenology, hermeneutics, psychoanalysis, philosophy and literature; Philosophy of Zionism and Jewish modern philosophy. Professor Golomb was acting as the Philosophical Editor of the Hebrew University Magnes Press and was a member of its academic committee.
Jacob Golomb died in July 2023, at the age of 76.[2]
