Nilo Kyle Silvan (born October 2, 1973) is an American former professional football wide receiver. He was selected and played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1996.[1][2] In his one season in the National Football League (NFL), he appeared in seven games and handled some kickoff and punt return duties.[3]
