Tak Sum Wong (Chinese: 黃德森, also known as Sam Wong, born 22 January 1965) is a Hong Kong windsurfer. He competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics, the 1992 Summer Olympics, and the 1996 Summer Olympics.[1] He has been appointed as the Commissioner for Sports at the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Government of Hong Kong on 22 August 2023.[2]
