Purpose[edit]

This template is a companion to the article Audio and video interfaces and connectors. They where created at the same time. This template compliments, and potentially competes with, Template:AVconn. Template:AVconn conflates interfaces with connectors. See Talk:Audio_and_video_interfaces_and_connectors for further details. John Bentley (talk) 00:58, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal[edit]

I think AVconn really sucks, but before it just becomes a redirect to this page, is there anything usefuol in AVconn that is missing here at needs to be moved? I'm not smart enough to know, but someone who is, please do that? Thanks.   Jonverve  Talk  Contrib  19:59, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{AVconn}} doesn't seem so sucky anymore. We do have an overlap problem between {{Audio and video interfaces and connectors}} and {{AVconn}}. Either we do a merge or we reduce the scope of this template to cover only interfaces. ~Kvng (talk) 13:12, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
