Flag[edit]

Sorry, I really prefer not to use a flag for this template. Especially not the Empire flag which was just used around 50 years in German history. Either nothing or the current... see Flag_of_Germany#History --Westfalenbaer (talk) 10:31, 12 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Or usage just for 1871-1919?[edit]

Another point: German Royalty is dealing with the German Empire 1871-1919. The stub template is used for a much longer periode... see Category:German_royalty_stubs. What is the real intention of this? Do we include the entire Nobility in "Germany"? Then the "Holy Roman Empire" is the main reference (years 962–1806).
