Order of listing in Methods section[edit]

Right now the entries in "Methods" are "semi"-alphabetized. The Riemann and Lebesgue integral appear first followed by the more obscure methods roughly alphabetized. The Henstock integral and Riemann–Stieltjes are out-of-order however. I do not know if there is a reason for this. I am tempted to alphabetized all of them and putting the Riemann and Lebesgue integrals in bold as in often done in these situations. Any objections?
