I've moved the template and changed the title to the more generic and concise "Culture of the Maghreb" ("Maghreb culture" for search purposes). It's unclear what intention the creator of the template had (it seems to have been focused on Morocco only when created), but there's no good reason to specify "Arab"; it's either redundant, since Arab culture is necessarily involved in this geographical context, or unnecessarily exclusive, as the topics are no less relevant to Berber cultures.
