Divide by country/nationality?[edit]

I think it includes too many people. I am not sure what was justification for inclusion of Michael Voslenski, Alexei Borovoi, Galina Starovoytova and many others. No question, all of them are wonderful people, but were they described in sources as "Soviet dissidents"? If they were, that's fine, but if they were not this template should be reduced.
