If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on AEVHA London requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. smileguy91Need to talk? 20:10, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Berkshire Hathaway minority holdings

[edit]

Thanks for your work updating List of assets owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Would you identify on the page the source of the data in the "Significant minority holdings" table, in order to satisfy WP:VER? Please also define the criteria for "significant". Please do not merge railway station articles into articles about villages, as you did with Tir-Phil railway station, Brithdir railway station and Pontlottyn railway station. Election articles

[edit]

Thanks for you attempts at creating election articles, but can I recommend learning Wikipedia code before making any more. You seem to be copying and pasting html from another website, which (a) doesn't fit with how Wikipedia works (b) means images etc that are on that site are missing (c) involves so much code that the articles are well over the recommended size limit for articles (the Cardiff council one is almost double the recommended maximum size) and (d) is potentially a copyright violation.

If you want to create tables of the results, please do it properly rather than pasting in this code. I have tidied up the Caerphilly County Borough Council election, 2017, so perhaps you could convert City of Cardiff Council election, 2017 to that sort of coding before creating any new ones? Am happy to advise. Cheers, Number 57 20:03, 17 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Jacob Rees-Mogg shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Tagging and Nominating Pages for Deletion

[edit]

Hello Ryan,

You recently tagged several pages for speedy deletion, while we welcome constructive edits, it is however inappropriate to tag pages at a random without thoroughly reviewing it. Tags have been removed from one or two pages recently tagged by you. Please be very careful when tagging pages so as not to tag the wrong page and pursue new editors. Zazzysa (talk) 20:14, 14 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Moggmentum has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Poorly sourced example of ludicrous silly season gossip.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. AusLondonder (talk) 09:04, 6 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Moggmentum for deletion

[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Moggmentum is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Moggmentum until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. AusLondonder (talk) 17:46, 9 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

South Wales Alliance League moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, South Wales Alliance League, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. — Zawl 14:58, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Citizens F.C. moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Citizens F.C., is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three, to be safe. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 11:07, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:47, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
