St Michael and St George Cathedral[edit]
Regarding [1] - the St Michael and St George Cathedral - if you scroll down to Bells -> History, you'll notice the same sentence twice. So I reverted your revert, mkay?
Koos Kombuis[edit]
Hey Wayne, sorry for the misunderstanding, I was using the Fokofpolisiekar Discography as an example of a Discography, which didn't use the italics. But after looking at other examples you are definitely correct about the italics. I fixed up both articles.
I have never before today heard of Wikipedia:Write the article first, but thanks for the link, i've read it and will keep it in mind going forward. I have cleaned up the Koos Kombuis Discography and will re link them after finishing up the pages.

I suggest you self-revert this edit and join the talkpage discussion instead. Also, take a look at WP:BLPSOURCES. The National Enquirer is not a reliable source... AusLondonder (talk) 22:12, 5 May 2016 (UTC)
I am wondering why[edit]
you removed a large chunk of the Frederick Hart (sculptor) article? einar aka Carptrash (talk) 18:15, 9 May 2016 (UTC)
- I don't believe I deleted anything, I merely consolidated duplicated information. Wayne Jayes (talk) 20:45, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for June 10[edit]
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Worcester, Western Cape, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hex River. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Belarus[edit]
Guardian article I thought I would share this with you in case you hadn't seen it. ;-) No, I have no intention: but it could lead to an interesting themed wikimeetup --ClemRutter (talk) 19:30, 29 June 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks for sharing, I had in fact seen it, and wished Jacob Zuma could have made the same kind of mistake. Wayne Jayes (talk) 19:42, 29 June 2016 (UTC)

I have removed part of your addition to the above article, as it appears to have been directly copied from http://dx.doi.org/10.1111/1467-9809.00167, a copyright web page. All content you add to Wikipedia must be written in your own words. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you think I may have made a mistake. — Diannaa (talk) 03:21, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
Removing citations containing dead links[edit]
[2] There are dozens of archival services besides Wayback. Also, the article likely can be found in commercial databases like ProQuest etc.. and even if not, the source is just offline in hardcopy form, which is still a valid cite. -- GreenC 14:53, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
- User:Green Cardamom None of the archive services which I have access to (Google cache, archive.org, archive.is or coral web cache return a viable page, all return a some variation of a 404 error. All wikipedia references have to be verifiable, these web citations are not verifiable. I suggest you change them to refer to specific pages of the specific paper magazines (as I don't have them) and then re insert them in the article. They are quite useless at present. Wayne Jayes (talk) 16:02, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
Of course they are verifiable. Did you try WP:REX? Your local library? ProQuest? It's just a magazine article you don't need page numbers. -- GreenC 16:24, 30 July 2016 (UTC)- Never mind I see there is no information on article title so you're right there is no way to track it down without that. -- GreenC 16:33, 30 July 2016 (UTC)

Marianne Ihlen[edit]
Thanks for starting the article. I'd thought about it, but was unsure as to her notability in WP terms - we'll see if others question it. Have you checked out the sources I added at the "So Long Marianne" page? Ghmyrtle (talk) 14:12, 14 August 2016 (UTC)
PS: Given that you apparently accept that the other editor's comments are, in fact, accurate, perhaps you should review your comments in the light of WP:BITE. Ghmyrtle (talk) 22:40, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
- User:Ghmyrtle, thanks for the comment User:Marianne727 and i have exchanged emails, and I have apologised for WP:BITE. Wayne Jayes (talk) 07:23, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
Buffalo Range Airport[edit]
Hi Waynejayes. I've restored the Google Map to Buffalo Range Airport and added a few other things. Maps have much more information than just coordinates. Thanks. Cptmrmcmillan (talk) 09:34, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
