Kateřina Siniaková defeated Lucia Bronzetti in the final, 6–2, 7–6(7–5) to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Bad Homburg Open. It was her fourth WTA Tour singles title.
Caroline Garcia was the reigning champion,[1] but chose to compete in Eastbourne instead.[2]
