The High Risk Modular (HRM) tactical vest is a body armour used by the LAPD SWAT teams,[1][2] NYPD ESU and the United States Marine Corps The vest was manufactured by Point Blank Body Armour and was issued from 1987 to 2006 when it was replaced by a standard III-A Soft armor vest.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13] - at least 2006.[14]
