Ja'fri
Jafri or Ja'fri are Shaikhs. Part of the milki community in awadh. They claim descent from Ja'far ibn Abi Talib and should not be confused with Jafri Sayyids, who claim descent from Jafar as-Sadiq.[citation needed]
