Lucy María del Carmen Jaramillo Ogonaga (born 23 February 1983 in San Vicente de Pusir, Carchi)[1] is an Ecuadorian hurdler.[2] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's 400 metres hurdles.
