Muhammed Mehmet Damar (born 9 April 2004) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for 2. Bundesliga club SV Elversberg on loan from TSG Hoffenheim.

Professional career

Damar is a youth product of the academies of 1. FC Schöneberg [de], Hertha Zehlendorf, Hertha BSC, and Eintracht Frankfurt.[1] On 7 July 2022, he transferred to 1899 Hoffenheim.[2] He made his professional debut with Hoffenheim in a 3–1 Bundesliga loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach on 6 August 2022.[3]

On 28 August 2023, Damar joined Hannover 96 on a season-long loan.[4]

On 20 August 2024, Damar moved to SV Elversberg in 2. Bundesliga on loan.[5]

International career

Born in Germany, Damar is of Turkish descent.[6] He is a youth international for Germany, having played for the Germany U18s in 2022.[2]
