Sheykh Neshin Rural District (Persian: دهستان شيخ نشين)[3] is in Shanderman District of Masal County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Sheykh Neshin.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 6,495 in 1,700 households.[5] There were 6,694 inhabitants in 1,869 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,968 in 1,978 households. The most populous of its 16 villages was Estalkh Zir, with 803 people.[2]
