Sumati Kumari (born 15 January 2004) is an Indian professional footballer from Jharkhand, who plays as a forward for Gokulam Kerala FC in the Indian Women's League and represents the India women's national football team.
Career
[edit]- 2019: She was part of the winning Indian U-15 Women's Team at the SAFF U-15 Championship, Bhutan;
- December 2019: She played the India Under-17 team in the two friendlies against Thailand and Sweden.[1]
- January 2022: Senior India debut - Selected for Indian team to play AFC Asian Cup.[2]
- August 2022: Gumla district administration felicitated Sumati and other players on the National Sports Day;[3]
- March 2023: AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup Qualifiers Round 1 in Vietnam;[4]
