I just added Suriname when it occurred to me that this is not an intuitive title for this template. It seems to suggest US Ambassadors to Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking nations in the western hemisphere, but that would leave out Suriname and the Caribbean but include Dom. Rep. It strikes me that this template should follow the State Department's geographic division and include all Western Hemisphere nations from Canada to Chile and Argentina. Thoughts?
