- Exactly. Just write
"concern=No [[WP:RS|reliable sources]]"
or suchlike. You could also consider using Twinkle, which allows you to quick add prod, csd and afd tags, amongst other things. Greg Tyler (t • c) 17:49, 7 May 2009 (UTC)

"Transphobia"
Regarding my edit to the "transphobia" article: I apologise if I am using the wrong procedure for leaving a message. My edit was intended to move that article in the direction of a more, not less, neutral point-of-view from that around which it appears to be built. The word "transphobia" is, it seems to me, inherently question-begging. My regards, and thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.186.141.221 (talk) 09:44, 30 May 2018 (UTC)

Sexual Revolution
[edit]That paragraph about Hefner sounds like it was written by his PR department. He didn't change the culture although he liked to say he did. There have always been porn magazines. There have always been men's clubs. His was just a different style. More accessible to middle class men. He was a good marketer. That doesn't mean that he actually changed attitudes about sex. Helen Gurley Brown was a bigger influence on the sexual revolution. Hefner doesn't belong in that article. This article is the first thing people will read when they google 'sexual revolution" so it is important that it isn't just a marketing tool for Playboy corp. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 136.24.75.11 (talk) 23:13, 21 May 2018 (UTC)

Froome / Salbutamol
[edit]Hi there, "Positive" is not the correct term here. He exceeded the allowed level of an allowed asthma drug, which even officially has no power enhancing effect at all. The reliable source for its effects could also be the wikipedia page for Salbutamol - among many others, where this fact is clearly stated as well. The use of Salbutamol is limited only because above a certain level it might be suitable to be used as a 'masking agent', for masking traces of real doping substances. The term "positive" refers to whether a - banned - substance is present in human body or not. Salbutamol - as it's an allowed substance - can be present any time below the allowed level, so "positive" or "negative" aren't relevant in this case. Hope this makes sense. Also, the levels of 1000ng/ml and 2000ng/ml are well documented everywhere. For example here: https://www.bbc.com/sport/cycling/42350159 I'm not a regular editor here, so please feel free to add this link to the text.
Thank you.

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Hunedoara County, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Deva (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Rollback granted
[edit]Hi Ruyter. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Nakon 05:37, 1 January 2019 (UTC)

Recent edit to Margaret Sanger
[edit]You reverted my edit, saying I didn't cite a reliable source. But everything I added was already supported in evidence and sources within the same wiki page itself - and I referenced to the appropriate section: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Margaret_Sanger&stable=0#Eugenics
Which talks about her support for eugenics as well as her claim that she supported reducing birth rate for lower income families.
I did put it in a link in my addition, to the word eugenics:
This claim as well as her opinions in favor of eugenics such as reducing birth rates for lower income families, are often used to support this highly controversial point of view.
You mention there is no reliable source - please explain, no source for what part of my edit? There is a whole section on her support for eugenics. I linked to it. You can't argue against that since it is in the page itself.
Please reconsider, either bring back my edit, provide another comparable text, or explain specifically which part of my edit is wrong or lacking a reliable source. And if you do think there is no reliable source for my edit, please explain how this entire section is still on wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Margaret_Sanger&stable=0#Eugenics
Otherwise, you are just proving the point that this page is very biased and unreliable.
I'm just trying to get rid of some of the heavy bias tone in this article. Keeping it as is only hurts wikipedia's reputation IMHO. Spetel (talk) 17:45, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Spetel: Hello Spetel, thank you for contacting me.
- I find your addition unclear, as the phrases "this claim" and "this highly controversial point of view" in your addition seem to be referring to the same thing: i.e. the quotation "as evidence she led a calculated effort to reduce the black population against their will". Please correct me if that isn't right.
- Second, the word "often" is problematic as a weasel word. The reader might ask who in particular is supporting "this view"? And it would be preferable to have an inline-citation to back that up. Thank you. (Please note I have no strong interest in Sanger.) — Ruyter (talk • edits) 18:21, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- In context, it all seems to make sense to me.
- In any case, this sentence: "conspiracy theorists have attempted to exploit" that is already in the article is very biased and cannot stand.
- It not only claims critics to be "conspiracy theorists", not as a quote from a source but rather as a fact, but further more by saying "attempted" it strongly suggests, again as a fact, that this was an attempt that failed and is false. This is not the case, these are 2 point of views that are both supported by all the outside sources quoted and the current sentence takes a strong bias towards which view is right and which is false.
- Feel free to correct the bias in this sentence using your own editing, I tried 3 times already and being blocked.
- Ultimately, I would have the original sentence modified to something like:
In light of her opinions in favor of eugenics such as reducing birth rates for lower income families, this quote was taken "as evidence she led a calculated effort to reduce the black population against their will". However, New York University's Margaret Sanger Papers Project says that the letter would have been meant to avoid the mistaken notion that the Negro Project was a racist campaign.
- Keeping the same references at the end. What do you think about that option?Spetel (talk) 19:11, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Spetel: I have changed the language of the original sentence to better reflect the source. I can't guarantee it won't be changed in the future *shrug*. If you have further concerns about the article, please discuss them on the article's talk page. Thanks! — Ruyter (talk • edits) 20:50, 2 January 2019 (UTC)

Your subscriptions with the Feedback Request Service
[edit]Hi Ruyter! You're receiving this notification because you were previously subscribed to the Feedback Request Service for one or both of the Good Article nomination categories "Arts" and "Everyday life".
You may have noticed that the Feedback Request Service has been inoperative for a number of months, and Yapperbot is currently in the process of taking over from Legobot in performing the requests. In that process, the subscription categories have been updated to match the current categories used by the Good Articles project, and neither "Arts" nor "Everyday life" is used anymore.
What this means is:
- If you were subscribed to "Arts", your preference has been transferred to Art and architecture as a new category, which you have automatically been opted in to. You may also be interested in Music and/or Media and drama; however, you have not automatically been opted in to these. If you wish to opt in to these, you should follow the process below.
- If you were subscribed to "Everyday life", you have been unsubscribed entirely from that category, as the category is too vague to assign to any of the new, more specific, categories.
You are encouraged to review your FRS preferences to ensure that they match your interests; there are a number of new categories you can now opt in to additionally. To do this, you should:
- Go to the Feedback Request Service page.
- If you were previously subscribed to "Arts" and wish to unsubscribe from "Art and architecture", scroll to that subheading and remove your {{Frs user}} template.
- If you wish to subscribe to an additional category, you should do so by pasting
{{Frs user|{{subst:currentuser}}|limit}}
underneath the relevant heading, where limit is the maximum number of requests you wish to receive for that category per month. - Publish the page.
Please note that any subscription preferences you had with the FRS for requests for comment have not been affected by these changes.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask on the Feedback Request Service talk page, or on Yapperbot's operator's talk page. Thank you!
