2010 SEC football season
[edit]I think its funny that I did all that time creating the weekly schedules only for to delete them saying they weren't needed, then someone else comes along and says I was right all along got rid of the team schedules. Just to let you know I think you've improved the page enough to the point where it marginally passes WP:ATHLETE and WP:GNG. My only concern left is if you have any more in depth coverage of him besides the Dothan Eagle article. Mike Groh
[edit]Since you are one of the more active people here editing Crimson Tide stuff, I want to see what you think about adding Mike Groh to the Template:2009 Alabama football. 2011 Braves
[edit]I just wanted to say a generic 'thanks' for all the correcting you are doing after me on the 2011 season article. I am still relatively new at the whole Wikipedia editing thing and I'm certainly prone to mistakes. You are much more experienced than I am. Explaining changes to Alabama page
[edit]Here is why I changed what I did on the Alabama basketball page:
- The TV should go in the TV column, not the attendance column.
- The SEC Tournament should be included because it is a guarantee that they will play in it. The NCAA tourney not so much.
- I put Colorado ahead of Wichita State because of alphabetical order. I don't know if there is a reason to do otherwise.
- Coleman Coliseum • Tuscaloosa, AL doesn't need to be re-linked over and over.
As for fitting better on the screen, that should take a back seat to making sure the info is in the proper columns. Is there anything else we can discuss? ~ Richmond96 t • c 01:49, 14 November 2011 (UTC)

Question: Is there a need for the game numbers on the left side of the schedule? I haven't seen this in any other sports and it seems like a waste of space. [edit]Hi, I see you have helped to maintain many of the stat pages, including Alabama_Crimson_Tide_women's_basketball
While double-checking it, I found what I think was an error in 1979-80, which I corrected.
The overall record, shown as 633-460, seems to be way off, I get 657–497
For the NCAA Total: the article says 560-401 but I get 584–438.

Softball Template
[edit]Please explain why you deleted the save category I added today from the softball template. There are three pitching stats that are supposed to be included on every site that shows results- win, loss, and save. This goes for both baseball and softball. I am currently working on the 2014 BYU Cougars softball team for Wikipedia and am willing to help fill in whichever teams have been completed that need the save category added. However I don't think you should decide solely because you're the head of the college softball task force to go and ignore the site of every team that says wins, losses, and saves should be included when official results are shown. You may ask where I have gotten this info from. I have talked to the BYU stats which acknowledge wins, losses, and saves should be shown. i have talked to ESPN, which has acknowledged wins, losses, and saves should be shown. I have also talked with the official stat keeper for the yearly World Championships of softball, which have said wins, losses, and saves should be shown. i have also visited more than 50 college softball websites, all of which show wins, losses, and saves for softball. For the record, Wikipedia is the only site I have visited that currently doesn't have the saves listed. Bigddan11 (talk) 22:09, 8 May 2014 (UTC)
- We need to adjust the softball template to be able to delete the number rankings if it says no at the top. Check the football template to see how it is done. The 2014 BYU Cougars softball team showed the Rank # at the top despite all the columns saying rank=no until I changed it to yes. Currently if you have rank=no, it shows the rank# but if you have rank=yes, it deletes it. It's supposed to be the other way around.Bigddan11 (talk) 00:54, 9 May 2014 (UTC)
