Healthwatch England
Healthwatch England was set up in 2013. It is part of the Care Quality Commission. Its job is to listen to NHS patients and people who use social care in England. There more than 150 local Healthwatches in England. They give patients advice and try to make services better. They can go into services to see what they are like.[1]
Louise Ansari is the national director.[2]
