Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin (Russian: Михаил Владимирович Мишустин; born 3 March 1966) is a Russian economist politician. Mishustin has been the Prime Minister of Russia since 2020. He was the Head of the Federal Tax Service from 2010 to 2020.
On 15 January 2020, he was nominated for Prime Minister of Russia by President Vladimir Putin.[1][2]
On 30 April 2020, Mishustin announced that he tested positive for COVID-19.[3][4]
