Heather Joan Graham, född 29 januari 1970 i Milwaukee, Wisconsin, är en amerikansk skådespelare och fotomodell. Hon fick sitt genombrott med sin roll i filmen Drugstore Cowboy (1989). Hon är också känd för sin roll i Boogie Nights (1997).[1]
