Mycoplasma anatis, Mycoplasmataceae ailesinin üyesi olan bir bakteri türüdür.
Bu bakteri türü 1964 yılında D. H. Roberts tarafından bildirilmiş olup 1980 yılında yayımlanmış bir çalışmada bu bakterinin varlığı onaylanmıştır.[1] Mycoplasma anatis enfeksiyonunun ördeklerde sinir sistemi bulgularıyla ilişkisinin bulunduğu bildirilmiştir.[2] M. anatis, ördek ve kazlardan yalıtılmıştır.[3]
M. anatis'in genom dizilemesi 2018 yılında gerçekleştirilmiştir.[4] Tip suşu ATCC 25524 = IFO 14861 = NBRC 14861 = NCTC 10156 = 1340'tır.[5]
