Romilly James Heald Jenkins (1907, Hitchin, Hertfordshire – 30 Eylül 1969), Bizans ve Modern Yunan çalışmaları yapan Britanyalı bilim insanı. 1946–1960 yılları arasında King's College London'da Modern Yunan ve Bizans Tarihi, Dili ve Edebiyatı profesörlüğü yapmıştır.
