The 2023–24 PGA Tour of Australasia, titled as the 2023–24 Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia for sponsorship reasons, was the 50th season on the PGA Tour of Australasia, the main professional golf tour in Australia and New Zealand since it was formed in 1973.
Changes for 2023–24
[edit]The season marked the return of the PNG Open, being played for the first time since 2019.[1] The Heritage Classic also returned to the schedule, having not been played since 2013.[2]
Challenger title sponsorship
[edit]In October 2023, it was announced that the tour had signed a title sponsorship agreement with Australian investment firm Challenger, being renamed as the Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia.[3]

Order of Merit
[edit]The Order of Merit was based on tournament results during the season, calculated using a points-based system.[6][7] The top three players on the Order of Merit earned status to play on the 2025 European Tour (DP World Tour).[8]

Kobori was presented with the Von Nida Medal as Order of Merit champion and the Rookie of the Year trophy at the completion of the season-ending The National Tournament presented by BMW at The National Golf Club on Sunday.
