The 2023 Hacı Esmer Avcı Tennis Cup was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the first edition of the tournament, which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Bodrum, Turkey, between 15 and 21 May 2023.[1]
